The National Property Sales Database (NatPro) provides a centralized repository for property sales information. The base data, extracted from Property Sales Information compiled by the Ministry of Lands and Mineral Resources and supplemented by additional information collected by REALB. The NatPro Portal then organizes the data into useful information.
This information will assist property investors, vendors, housing researchers, professionals in real estate, and the general public through its property search parameters based on the price range, area, neighbourhood, and tenure. The Portal aims to provide recent Historic Sales Data to those who need information on a particular location.
