COMPLAINTS

Under the Real Estate Agents Act 2006, REALB has been given the power to handle complaints in relation to Real Estate matters.

​

​There are times when you may have an issue or a complaint against a real estate Agent or even a Salesperson.

​

​The Compliance and Monitoring team will acknowledge the complaint and begin investigations based on the information given to us.

​

We also work closely with other enforcement agencies such as The Fiji Police Force, Fiji Intelligence Unit (FIU), Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption (FICAC) and Fijian Competition & Consumer Commission (FCCC); so be rest assured that your complaint will be dealt with.

​

​A letter of response will be sent to the respondent, with the complaint attached, giving him/her a fair chance to respond to the complaint within 14 days from the date of letter.
