COMPLAINTS
Under the Real Estate Agents Act 2006, REALB has been given the power to handle complaints in relation to Real Estate matters.
There are times when you may have an issue or a complaint against a real estate Agent or even a Salesperson.
The Compliance and Monitoring team will acknowledge the complaint and begin investigations based on the information given to us.
We also work closely with other enforcement agencies such as The Fiji Police Force, Fiji Intelligence Unit (FIU), Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption (FICAC) and Fijian Competition & Consumer Commission (FCCC); so be rest assured that your complaint will be dealt with.
A letter of response will be sent to the respondent, with the complaint attached, giving him/her a fair chance to respond to the complaint within 14 days from the date of letter.
